Tom manages myriad property tax services in North America, including Real & Personal Property Assessment Review & Appeal, Compliance, and Portfolio Management & Administration. Additionally, he is responsible for DMA’s Credits & Incentives, Business License Compliance, Asset Verification Service (AVS), and Crown Royalties practices. He strategically leads the activities of these practice areas to ensure exceptional client service, maximized savings, and timely and accurate compliance.

  • Developed and maintained key relationships with state and local assessing officials to ensure clients receive fair and equitable treatment
  • Previously worked in industry as a Manager of Cost Accounting, Business Analyst, and Division Controller for a large manufacturer, where he filed compliance returns and negotiated with auditors on all property tax matters
  • Generated $8+ million in property tax savings
