• The company ESOP was established in 1994 and is a retirement pension plan designed specifically to invest in the stock of DMA Holdings, Inc.

    The DMA ESOP was designed for employee-owners to accumulate additional income for retirement and to enhance their interest in DMA’s success.

    The ESOP is connected to the performance of DMA – based on EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization.) The contribution is targeted at 6% of your annual compensation, which can increase or decrease each year based on meeting our EBITDA.

  • Our 401(k) Savings Plan allows employees to save for retirement by having a portion of their salary deducted from their paycheck and contributed to their self-directed account within the Plan.

  • The company provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs including health insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, dental insurance, and vision insurance.

  • To promote this lifestyle, the company will reimburse employees 50% for eligible health and wellness expenses they incur, up to $120 during any calendar year. This can include:

    • Gym memberships
    • Exercise equipment
    • Classes
    • Subscriptions
    • Race entry fees

  • We will reimburse employees up to $200 per calendar year for office equipment and supplies used to facilitate their working remotely.

  • DMA observes the following paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas Eve Day, and Christmas Day.

  • DMA provides PTO to all full-time employees to meet their time off needs. Full-time employees who work at least 40 hours per week are eligible to receive PTO in the minimum accrual amount of 10 hours per month. Employees who regularly work below 40 hours will have PTO accrual prorated. PTO is provided to employees so that they will be better able to perform their jobs when they return.

  • The company provides 16 hours for floating holidays that can be used at the employee’s discretion in full-day increments to recognize holidays, events, etc. that are important to employee-owners.

  • DMA encourages its employees to become involved in their communities, lending their voluntary support to programs that positively impact our communities and helping to create a culture of giving back. All full-time and part-time employees will receive eight hours of paid time off per calendar year to volunteer in their community.

  • Parental Leave is a leave of absence offered to eligible employees who are becoming parents or expanding their families and need continuous paid time away from work to bond with their new child following birth or adoption of a legal dependent.

  • Employees who require time off from work to fulfill military duties will be treated in accordance with applicable requirements of state and federal laws. Employees on military leave may substitute any accrued paid leave time for unpaid leave.
