The DMA ESOP was designed for employee-owners to accumulate additional income for retirement and to enhance their interest in DMA’s success. The ESOP is connected to the performance of DMA – based on EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization.) The contribution is targeted at 6% of your annual compensation, which can increase or decrease each year based on meeting our EBITDA.
