We will pay reasonable costs for employees to participate in training and development programs, such as:

  • Exam preparation courses
  • Continuing professional or legal education and recertification credits or fees/dues to maintain certification
  • Certificate programs and credentials
  • Training courses, including e-learning
  • Workshops, seminars, and conferences
  • Memberships in professional organizations
