DMA recognizes that for development purposes, employees may need to attend training courses, seminars, and workshops, or join professional associations that help them stay up to date on best practices in their roles and attain the skills and knowledge necessary for career growth.
We will pay reasonable costs for employees to participate in training and development programs, such as:
- Professional exams (e.g., CPA, CMI, CCIM, PMP, SHRM-CP/SCP, etc.)
- Exam preparation courses
- Continuing professional or legal education and recertification credits or fees/dues to maintain certification
- Certificate programs and credentials
- Training courses, including e-learning
- Workshops, seminars, and conferences
- Memberships in professional organizations
