Reneé provides real property consulting services to DMA’s clients, focusing on annual real estate assessment reviews, appeal filings, and litigation support for commercial properties. She works directly with clients to negotiate assessment reductions through informal meetings with assessors and defends client positions at hearings held in front of the Boards of Appeals. Reneé oversees and coordinates appeal efforts, initiates discussions for PILOTs, TIFs, and other abatement or exemption programs, reviews current programs, proposes cost-saving measures, and ensures clients’ collections revenue generation aligns with expectations.
