ROLE
Scott focuses on assessment analysis for energy, utility, and industrial properties throughout the United States. He performs detailed reviews of client tax assessments and compliance filings to make recommendations and determine areas of tax savings. Scott works closely with DMA’s clients to assist with their compliance obligations and works with assessors to negotiate settlements of property tax appeals.

- Expert in discounted cash flow analysis and the income approach to value
- Extensive experience implementing property tax reductions for state-assessed property
- Forecasting property tax for renewable energy projects in the development phase
- Previous experience as a fleet manager, where he implemented cost-saving opportunities and driver retention initiatives, resulting in expense ratios below company goals
