As Managing Director, Ralph manages technology projects involving transaction tax software packages and various business/ERP systems. He provides technical expertise relating to functional configuration of the software as well as technical development of software solutions for DMA’s clients. In addition, Ralph manages a team of DMA technology professionals to ensure best-in-class, timely service delivery.

- Instrumental in creating, modifying, and updating DMA’s tax technology tools, thought leadership, process optimization, and managed services approach
- Assists DMA’s clients by providing customized technology solutions, which includes configuring transaction tax applications to comply with client tax policy and developing technical applications to support clients’ specific tax and business goals
- Regularly consults with Global 1000 tax leaders in developing ROI metrics and building business justification for automation projects
