Role

Roger is DMA’s Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. As Chief Administrative Officer, he works closely with DMA’s President and Chief Executive Officer on the development and execution of the company’s strategic direction. Roger also oversees the company’s corporate support functions. In his capacity as General Counsel, Roger advises company management on the legal aspects of the company’s operations, develops and implements legal and risk prevention policies and procedures, directs the efforts of outside counsel on DMA’s behalf, and is responsible for oversight of agreements for client engagements and other general commercial contracts. As Corporate Secretary, Roger ensures the integrity of DMA’s governance framework and acts as the organization’s official record-keeper.

  • Held the position of Corporate Counsel, Corporate and Securities, Assistant Secretary, and interim General Counsel for a public biotechnology firm
  • Previously served as Corporate Counsel, Compensation and Benefits, and then as Vice President, Legal – European Supply Chain with Coca-Cola Enterprises
  • Earlier in his career, he worked for a law firm in its Executive Compensation and Employment Benefits practice
  • Began his career in tax with DMA, serving clients in a variety of industries by providing transaction tax recovery and audit services
  • Generated +$7.2 million in transaction tax savings for clients

  • Diploma in European Competition Law – King’s College (London, England)
