ROLE
Matt leads a centralized group of professionals who deliver property tax and business license compliance solutions to DMA’s clients. He assesses best practices and ensures that they are implemented and followed by DMA’s compliance teams; he also ensures that exceptional service is provided to clients. Matt works closely with the Property Tax divisional leadership team to develop and implement compliance solutions and business processes that are aligned with DMA’s strategic direction.

- Experience leading diverse teams of 250+ members in administrative and logistical functions
- Served as a national-level instructor for data analytics and financial reporting
