ROLE
As a Director in Tax Technology, Jon provides project oversight and consulting services related to integration projects involving transaction tax software and various business/ERP systems. He works closely with DMA’s clients to determine business requirements, develop, and configure appropriate solutions, and oversee the implementation of tax systems and integrations.

21 years in tax technology; 5 years with DMA
- Extensive expertise in scope definition, project management, and support for tax technology implementations and upgrades
- More than four years in transaction tax technology implementation specifically focused on SAP
- Experience with financial, merchandise, human resources, and POS systems integrations
- Former Vice President of Omni-Channel Systems for rue21, responsible for the executive strategy, management, and oversight of all IT application teams
