James is a seasoned technology leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of DMA’s information technology systems, infrastructure, and security. With more than 26 years of experience in information technology and over seven years at DMA, he serves as a trusted leader and advisor to executives on infrastructure risk, cybersecurity posture, and operational resilience. James champions a security-first approach, embedding cybersecurity principles into every layer of systems and infrastructure design, delivery, and operations.

  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and technologies, including networks, hardware, software, cloud services, data centers, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity
  • Oversees secure design, implementation, and lifecycle management of cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
  • Drives automation and standardization to improve reliability, reduce attack surface, and enhance efficiency
  • Develops and enforces IT security policies, procedures, and best practices to safeguard company data, networks, and systems
