ROLE

Florian serves as the day-to-day lead for coordinating and managing the various functions within DMA’s Information Technology (IT) department to ensure they deliver outcomes that support the goals of the business. He manages a team of IT professionals, advises DMA’s senior leadership regarding technology, and is responsible for systems and infrastructure, software development, and helpdesk support. Florian works closely with clients and department leaders across the company to efficiently determine requirements, develop the most efficient design, and manage the implementation of solutions. In addition, he utilizes the appropriate resources and technology to deliver solutions impacting DMA and its clients, including consultation, optimization, customization, and development services relating to tax processes.
