Florian leads DMA’s Information Technology organization, overseeing enterprise systems, infrastructure, software development, information security, helpdesk support, project management, and technology-enabled business transformation. He partners with senior leadership, department leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to align technology strategy with business priorities, improve operational effectiveness, and deliver scalable solutions. With deep experience in tax technology, information systems, software development, systems implementation, and business process optimization, Florian helps guide DMA’s use of technology to support growth, strengthen client service delivery, and modernize internal operations. His work includes leading technology strategy, advising on emerging capabilities such as artificial intelligence and data analytics, and ensuring IT resources are focused on measurable business outcomes.
