ROLE

Christina leads a team of property tax technology specialists who support the property tax division with internal applications, including a proprietary caseload management tool (PTES) and Tax Resource Database (TRD). Her team works with software development to ensure all internal applications meet the needs of the consulting teams in North America. Christina and her team are also responsible for new and continued training for all members of the property tax division.

 

EXPERTISE

23 years in property tax; 23 years with DMA

  • Liaison between consulting and software development teams for all property tax technology projects
  • Responsible for internal application training for all new and existing property tax employees
  • Creates and maintains all training modules and materials for DMA’s internal applications, including PTES and the Tax Resource Database (TRD)
  • Lead Subject Matter Expert in the development of DMA’s proprietary property tax management system
  • Subject Matter Expert in the development of DMA’s property tax client portal
  • Completed thousands of real property tax assessment review projects
  • Represented clients on real property appeals at Local and State Boards of Equalization
  • 15 years of consulting experience in the analysis of various property types
