Bud leads DMA’s Unclaimed Property practice, which includes Unclaimed Property Compliance, Asset Recovery, Audit and VDA Support, and AUPTC (DMA’s award-winning unclaimed property compliance software). He ensures clients receive exceptional service and robust solutions to solve their toughest unclaimed property challenges. Bud collaborates with DMA’s service professionals to design customized solutions for clients and partners with clients to ensure they realize the maximum benefit. He also establishes strategy and DMA’s product roadmap related to unclaimed property.

  • Extensive experience leading professional service teams, product management, and client engagements
  • Consulting professional who has spent his entire career delivering optimal services and solutions to clients
  • Designed and brought to market various DMA client solutions, including AUPTC (unclaimed property), TaxARC™ (indirect tax analytics), and TIPP (use tax accrual analysis)
  • Previously served as Vice President, Product Management and Product Development for Oracle-Textura, where he successfully led the product management and strategy of a lucrative line of the business
  • Former Managing Director/Head of Product Management and Business Development for Eze Software Group, where he was responsible for product management, development, quality assurance, and business development where he developed trading and asset management software solutions and partnered with hedge funds, asset managers, and banks
