Brian leads the property tax review team in DMA’s Northeast Region and oversees the business development function for property tax-related opportunities within the region. Brian and his team complete property tax analyses of both real and personal property assets and work closely with clients and municipalities to negotiate settlements on property tax appeal matters. His extensive valuation background and industry expertise, together with exceptional communication skills, provides clients with optimal results.
