The team focuses on handling reviews that require in-depth analyses and alternative approaches to value, both at the locally- and state-assessed levels. Andrew oversees complex property valuations for the entire lifecycle of the assets, including forecasting, planning, tax minimization, strategy, and compliance.

  • Previously worked for a multinational information and financial services firm, accounting firms, and the Arizona Department of Revenue (Centrally Valued Property Unit)
  • Previously a Litigation Property Tax Appraiser for the Maricopa County Assessor’s Office
