With more than two decades of experience in property tax consulting and the energy industry, he helps guide complex industrial property matters and supports firmwide collaboration to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes. Steven is deeply committed to building long-term client partnerships and strengthening DMA’s reputation for excellence across Canada.

• Over 20 years of experience in virtually all property types
• Expertise in advocacy, valuation, construction cost reporting, and assessment analysis
• Specialized in cost-based assessments with a focus on complex industrial properties
• Extensive experience conducting detailed inspections and cost analysis of facilities in oil sands, power generation, renewable energy, oil and gas, mining, and manufacturing/processing industries
• Active contributor to the re-writing of assessment guidelines across multiple jurisdictions
• Business Development across Canada and many US jurisdictions
