William leads an experienced group of property tax professionals in the southwestern United States. He ensures DMA’s property tax services are best-in-class for DMA’s entire client base. In addition, William partners with DMA’s clients in the areas of consulting, tax minimization, tax planning, and tax incentives. He performs detailed reviews of clients’ property assessments, negotiates assessment reductions via informal meetings with assessors, and successfully defends these positions before assessing jurisdictions and Appraisal Review Boards. William’s experience and industry knowledge provide clients with the highest level of professional service and proven results.
