ROLE

Vicki is responsible for the company’s overall marketing and communications plans. She partners with DMA’s executive team and service leaders to develop marketing and communications strategies that will facilitate the achievement of DMA’s growth and financial goals. In addition, Vicki is the product owner of DMA’s custom CRM, which is a critical component to marketing and business development as well as the provision of DMA’s services by our tax and technology professionals.

 

EXPERTISE

27 years in management and business operations; 37 years with DMA

  • Directly involved with multiple website upgrades, marketing rebranding initiatives, and campaigns
  • Partnered with key stakeholders to develop a custom CRM that integrates with marketing software and DMA’s proprietary service applications
  • Developed numerous best practice guidelines and protocols for key functions within DMA, including CRM data maintenance, agreement audit, account manager assignments, and more
  • Previously led DMA’s Client Data team, whose role is to convert client transaction tax and/or property tax data into usable formats for tax professionals to examine during client engagements
  • Performed transaction tax recovery reviews generating millions of dollars for DMA’s clients earlier in her career
  • Previously served as a District Manager for the Transaction Tax Division, where she was responsible for the operations of three regional offices
  • Created best practice guidelines for all transaction tax services that are used by DMA transaction tax professionals in the provision of services to clients
