ROLE
Uriah oversees DMA’s Transaction Tax Compliance practice, focusing on best practices and exceptional client service quality. He monitors risk, facilitates process improvements, ensures teams are supported and staffed appropriately, and identifies ways to enhance the client experience. Uriah ensures that DMA’s compliance managers and analysts adhere to client agreements, properly report client source data, file returns accurately, make timely tax payments, meet deadlines, and adhere to jurisdictional changes. He also oversees notice resolutions for all clients. In addition, Uriah meets with current and prospective clients to discuss compliance services and the beneficial impact outsourcing has on an organization.
