As a Vice President, Justin provides strategic oversight and thought leadership to the Tax Technology practice at DMA. He works closely with DMA’s clients to provide analysis of current state tax processes and challenges, recommend solutions based on industry best practices, and oversee solution delivery teams. Justin has a broad knowledge base in many technical, functional, and project management areas, including tax calculation and compliance, data analytics, ROI justification, root-cause analysis, and ongoing managed services. Justin also focuses on business development with Fortune 500 companies and alliances with major software partners.

- Regularly consults with Fortune 500 tax leaders on tax automation and digital transformation initiatives
- Extensive expertise in implementation processes, integration procedures, project management, product code determination, organizational settings, exempt customer determination, testing procedures, and custom integrations
- Leads multiple teams managing full lifecycle indirect tax automation projects utilizing Oracle, SAP, ONESOURCE, Vertex, Avalara, and Sovos software solutions
- 10 years working for the United States Department of Defense as a Microsoft developer responsible for various technical areas, including project management, systems design, application development, database management, data transformation, and software troubleshooting
