ROLE
David leads an experienced team of real and personal property tax professionals across DMA’s West region, which delivers property tax minimization, planning, and audit defense. His team performs detailed property tax assessment and compliance reviews to identify assessment reduction opportunities. David and his team perform site inspections to support assessment reductions. His knowledge and experience enable him to negotiate lower tax values at informal levels and successfully argue valuations before assessing jurisdictions and Boards of Appeal.
