ROLE

Chris leads an experienced group of property tax professionals throughout the United States and Canada. He partners with DMA’s business development team to maintain a deep understanding of client challenges, including legislative changes in assessed valuation principles, ensuring that clients are maximizing their benefit as a result of using DMA’s services. Chris partners with DMA’s experts across other practice areas to identify additional tax savings and use those savings to fund previously unfunded tax-related projects.

  • Stays abreast of market dynamics, valuation principles, and legislative changes related to property tax
  • Expert at identifying property tax exemption opportunities
  • Experience includes the analysis and valuation of real estate assessments across the commercial, retail, and industrial sectors
  • Previously worked in DMA’s Sales/Use Compliance group, where he managed a team that filed over 45,000 annual filings on behalf of DMA’s clients
