Brendan leads a team of experts focused on both real estate and personal property reviews for clients in the southeast. He works directly with DMA’s clients to negotiate reductions in assessments via informal discussions with taxing jurisdictions, or appeals to local and state boards when necessary. In addition, Brendan strategizes with clients and prospective clients to understand their property tax needs and helps formulate appropriate solutions. His valuation knowledge, experience in industry and consulting, and creative solution development ensure the highest level of professional service and results for our clients.
