I really enjoyed the Intern Summit because it gave us the opportunity to network with our peers and connect with other members of the company. I also enjoyed the panel, as the speakers shared practical career advice and insights from their own experiences that I can apply to my professional growth.

Getting the opportunity to network and connect with interns from across the country (and Canada) was a very fulfilling experience. From personal development opportunities and community service to competitive games on the shore and at Top Golf, the intern summit has a deeper meaning – to network and grow both individually and through your collaborative teams. This is a very insightful way to kick off a summer internship!

I think the best part was meeting all the new interns from around the country, and seeing how much we had in common or our differences. Everyone was extremely likable, and it only reinforced my desire to continue to work with DMA in the future.

The intern summit really drove home the amazing attributes of the DMA culture and experience. The things I enjoyed most were bonding with people and practicing soft communication skills – in a welcoming environment. Starting as an intern, it can be intimidating communicating with more senior employees, so having the chance to interact with individuals on the same level was a great experience.

The intern summit was a great experience and allowed me to get to know my peers more personally. I enjoyed playing Top Golf the most because it gave me the opportunity to connect with all of the interns and professionals from the panel in a more casual setting, which I believe made the conversations more meaningful.

Working as an intern at DMA has been a great experience. I’ve spent 2 summer semesters here, and I’ve learned a lot about the company and what they do. My favorite thing about working here is the culture. Everybody is very friendly, and the office is always filled with people laughing. The intern program has been great for helping me understand how the SU side works and what they do day to day. DMA has also helped me improve my critical thinking skills and professional development by doing personal meetings and training on how to be successful in the corporate world. The work-life balance here is also very good. You don’t have to worry about staying too late or being overwhelmed by work, as everybody is always willing to help out when it is needed. Overall, DMA has been a great experience for me and is something I will definitely remember.

I’ve had a great experience during my internship at DMA. I was always given a lot of flexibility, including choosing my own hours and schedule. Everyone here is super friendly, and if I ever was confused, there was always someone around who was happy to help. This really created a collaborative environment where I got to work with and get to know many people. From my experience, I would recommend working at DMA.
