Business License Assistant
This role provides comprehensive support to Business License Analysts and departmental leadership. This includes tasks such as data entry, managing correspondence, file management, and coordinating with stakeholders for various administrative needs. Associate Business License Specialist
This role provides a foundational understanding of the systems and processes of DMA’s business license team. You’ll support DMA’s low-complexity clients by managing business license renewals, maintaining information databases, and resolving a variety of issues with licensing jurisdictions. Responsibilities also include researching licensing requirements for new client locations, preparing applications, processing funding requests, submitting applications and payments in a timely manner, and preparing client billings. Management Trainee Program
DMA’s Management Trainee program in corporate tax compliance offers exceptional individuals the opportunity to have an accelerated career path to management by participating in a vigorous three- to five-year program.
Employees are evaluated on their progress throughout the program and earn internal program certification for each phase completed.
In the program, you will:
- Learn the basics about our compliance practice and specialize in one area, becoming a subject matter expert
- Work closely with department directors, VPs, and senior management
- Participate in quarterly reviews and self-assessments
- Be mentored for a future management position
Upon successful completion of the self-paced program, you can find leadership opportunities and future management positions within our property tax, transaction tax, and business license compliance practices.
Applications and the interview process for the Management Trainee Program take place in the fall semester with a targeted start date in the summer, post-graduation. Graduating seniors with a bachelor’s or master’s degree are preferred.
