Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)

Established in 1994, the ESOP is a tax-deferred retirement plan that allows each employee-owner to share in DMA’s success and growth in a tangible way. Typically, the company makes an annual allocation of company shares to your account based on DMA’s performance relative to a financial metric.

All DMA US employees become ESOP participants beginning with their first day of service. The annual benefit level is targeted at 6% of employee compensation, which can increase or decrease each year based on meeting our EBITDA.

401(k) Savings plan

Saving for retirement is a crucial part of planning for your financial future. A 401(k) Savings Plan is available where you may allocate a percentage of your salary towards building your retirement plan and achieving your long-term financial goals.

Time Off

Paid time off at DMA provides flexibility and choice to help you balance your work and personal life.

We offer a generous paid time off (PTO) policy that begins accruing the first of the month following your date of hire. In addition to 8 paid holidays, each US employee receives an additional 16 hours of floating holiday pay, to be used at your discretion.

We also believe in the value of service to our community, encourage our employees to become involved, and support programs that create a culture of giving back. All full-time and part-time employees will receive 8 hours of paid time off per calendar year to volunteer in their community.
