Mikki works closely with DMA’s clients and focuses on real property reviews for clients in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio. She performs detailed reviews of various client locations to determine areas of tax savings, inspects their facilities, and meets with operations personnel. Mikki is a collaborative and effective representative with subject matter expertise in property tax appeals and management. She is a trusted advisor to executive leadership and clients while driving key partnerships and loyal relationships. Mikki applies tenacity and determination with a client-centric mindset to empower and support teams in becoming more effective and delivering exceptional service. She tackles complex challenges and identifies creative solutions and opportunities while streamlining operations.
