Charlie leads the real estate review and appeal efforts for DMA’s West region, which includes states across the mountain west to the Pacific coast. He partners with our diverse client base to review assessments, file appeals, and defends valuations before numerous administrative and judicial boards across the region. Charlie leverages his valuation experience and assessor relationships to negotiate fair assessments for DMA’s clients.
