Indiana Bill Could Allow More Cities to Impose Food and Beverage Tax

SB 109 has passed the Senate and moves to the House. The bill will allow for the cities of Greenwood, Danville and Whitestown to impose a food and beverage tax which cannot exceed 1%. As of February 26, the bill has been referred to the Ways and Means Committee.
