New York Economic Nexus Thresholds Increase

New York state recently released a Technical Memorandum TSB-M-19(4)S regarding economic nexus registration requirements. The thresholds were amended to increase the annual sales dollar amount from $300,000 to $500,000 effective retroactive to June 21, 2018. The additional requirement of 100 separate sales remains unchanged.
